Making an interesting contrast with yesterday's entry, "Night of the Vampire" by British heavy metal band Grim Reaper, is a song about the same subject, in the same broad genre by as "Love Bites" by a band from around the same area as Judas Priest, which formed at about the same time.
Yet these two songs feel and sound almost completely different. Where "Love Bites" went for a more dark romantic feel, "Night of the Vampire" is full on gothic camp. But you can compare for yourself!
This is from the last of the original bands only 3 albums, "Rock You to Hell" (1987) though the band did partially reform, or reincarnate if you prefer, and released a 4th album last year, "Walking in the Shadows"
